After interviewing 20 Window Companies we chose Brad Moore of Durasash Windows of Tampa Florida. My reason is that most window companies use subcontractors to install their windows and after my 49 years in the insurance business and determining that those that use subcontractors were not covered by insurance for Liability or Workers Compensation, it was appreciated that Durasash Windows only uses their own employees thus protecting me. They also were the most cooperative in completing the Florida Lien Law forms, willing to put all terms and conditions in their contract as well as totally keeping me informed at all times of the progress of my new windows. We had our windows replaced by DuraSash Windows this weekend and we couldn’t be more pleased. Brad Moore and his assistant were professional and courteous. He took the time to lay cloths down to protect our carpet throughout the house and everything was cleaned up prior to leaving, and the job was done in a timely manner. The windows are high quality, hurricane windows with substantial framing. We use to hear everything outside and our downstairs bedroom was always hotter than the rest of the house, but since the new windows were installed, the bedroom is staying at a steady 74 degrees and we don’t hear a thing from the outside. Professional from the moment we received our proposal. We highly recommend Brad and DuraSash Windows.

Quality windows but just as important professional installation. The installers worked independently but in unison as well. You could tell they knew what they were doing.

Brad is great to work with. The Wincore 7700 windows are beautiful. I had 9 windows installed in August. They are very energy efficient and their sound reduction quality is amazing! I have just ordered Wincore 7700 sliding doors for my living room and bedroom and gorgeous new full pane fiberglass entry doors! I highly recommend Dura Sash! Be patient, because they are super busy and it may take 6 to 8 weeks before they are installed, but it is worth the wait!

Brad was a professional from the first. He listened to my needs and was realistic in explaining what the windows could and could not do. The installation went very smoothly, everything was immaculate. Both Brad and Jess were great. The windows are beautiful, I am noticing and immediate change and how often my AC is turning on so I know I’ll see quite a change in my bill. The noise factor in my home was a big issue, as I live on a busy Street. Most of the car noise is now simply a “whoosh” and is actually better than I expected.

When you hear the name ‘Dura Sash’, the first thing that comes to mind is not necessarily windows and doors. At least that is what thought, so I called them up and their owner Brad promptly responded to my inquires and came out within the week to obtain a quote. I told him that I had several other window companies in the Tampa bay area that he would be competing for my business. That didn’t seem to bother Brad, as he thoughtfully walked through his niche market, and how he would be the best solution for our project. He worked with us on the price to give a very competitive offer. The replacement of 9 windows and door/sidelight was completed in two days, even though it poured rain throughout the installs. I never write reviews, but I am so beyond thrilled about my new windows that I felt it was necessary. This company is reliable, honest, and detail oriented. The installation process was painless and smooth. My new windows look absolutely beautiful, I could not be happier. My mother got new windows in her house from another company and it was a complete nightmare, so I was expecting things to go a little rocky for me as well… Needless to say, I was wrong and all of my neighbors are now dying to get their windows replaced after seeing how beautiful mine turned out. This company was amazing to work with! Brad did everything he said he would and more. I think Brad is a bit particular himself so the job was done to perfection. They were clean, courteous and prompt. He removed and installed windows in my 1940’s house and they look as good as the day it was built. When the inspector came out he commented on how quality the windows are and the company did a good job installing. Brad did everything I worried about nothing.
